TNT Group Run
Whipple Creek Tuesday Night Trail Runs
Every Tuesday evening we lace up at Whipple Creek for a group trail run that’s about more than just miles. These runs are a chance for our community to get outside, explore the trails, and discover how fun (and accessible!) trail running can be. Whether you’re brand-new to trails, a seasoned ultrarunner, or just looking for some midweek fresh air, you’ll find good company here.
We welcome all paces — runners and walkers alike. Our format is simple: check out the route(below),download the GPX to your watch, team up with friends new or old who match your pace, and head out to enjoy the trails.
Over the years this run has grown into a little trail family, built on friendships, shared adventures, and a love for the dirt.
So come join us — bring a buddy, meet new ones, and see why Tuesdays on the trail are the best way to recharge your week.
September’s route is approximately 5 miles long and has 500’ of gain and loss

First Tuesday! TNT Group Run & Social Hour
First Tuesday TNT Run & Social Hour
On the first Tuesday of every month, we keep the fun going after the trail! Following our Whipple Creek run, we gather for food, drinks, and conversation — it’s the perfect way to catch up with friends and welcome new faces to the group.
This month, we’ll head to Senor Taps, a local food truck pod with plenty of options for dinner, appetizers, or just a drink while we hang out. Whether you ran long, short, or just came for the social time, everyone’s invited.
Come for the trails, stay for the community — First Tuesday is all about connection.

Weekly Tuesday Night Trail Run
Shake off your workday and hit the trails with us. We’re a friendly, slightly rowdy crew offering 3-mile and 6-mile route options for runners and walkers of all paces. Thinking about trying trails? This is your no-pressure, all-fun way to start. You’ll get dirty, you’ll laugh (the inappropriate kind), and you might even forget it’s Tuesday.

TNT Pickle Mile
TNT Pickle Mile – Trail Style
All brine, no whine! Join us Tuesday, August 19th at Whipple Creek Regional Park for the TNT Pickle Mile, a one-mile(ish) trail loop with a pickle-themed aid station waiting at the end of every lap.
Refuel the trail runner way—with pickle spears, pickle chips, pickle Jell-O shots, and more. Run, walk, or crawl your way through as many pickle loops as you can in one hour. All paces welcome, all levels encouraged.
Bring a pickle offering to share with the aid station (because the more variety, the more fun!), and we’ll provide the pickle power tattoos to prove you survived.

Group Run + Trailhead Tailgate
Group Run + Trailhead Tailgate Lunch
Sunday, August 10th we’re meeting at Elk Creek Trailhead to hit the Wilson River Trail. Out-and-back format, so you choose your adventure—4 miles, 10 miles, 20 miles, 30 miles… whatever your training calls for. We’ve got runners dialing it in for half marathons, marathons, 50k’s, 100-milers and others just out to get some solid trail time.
Start times will vary based on your mileage—plan your run so you finish around noon and meet back at the trailhead parking lot for lunch.
When you’re done with your miles, we’ll regroup at the trailhead for a tailgate lunch, which is probably why most of us are there anyway. Let’s see how many hotdogs Scott and Mikey can cook at once without them disappearing into their mouths, while we soak our feet in the creek and politely avoid Jess’s “salad contribution.”
It’s going to be a warm one, but Elk Creek is right there for an ice-cold foot soak while you eat, swap stories, and revel in the miles. Dirt, sweat, good food, and even better company—that’s how we do Sundays.
TNT Group Run + Social Dinner
First Tuesday of the Month – Tuesday Night Trail Run & Social Hour
Kick up some dirt with us at the Tuesday Night Trail Run—a social group run/walk for trail lovers of all paces. We’ve got a 3-mile and 6-mile option, and if you’re new to trails or just trail-curious, you’re in the right place. We’ll show you the ropes, make sure you don’t get lost (probably), and welcome you into the fun. On the first Tuesday of every month, we tack on a post-run social hour for drinks and bites. This month we’re heading to 3Peaks Public House—because trail talk is even better over a pint.
TNT Group Run
Welcome to the TNT (Tuesday Night Trail) July Route! This month’s loop is a 4.2-mile route that features our usual mix of forest, runnable singletrack, and just enough elevation to keep things interesting.
TNT July Route – July 2025
Get ready for some twists, climbs, and choose-your-own-adventure fun—this month’s TNT route is packed with everything you love (and a few hidden gems if you're feeling clever).
We’ll kick things off down and back up to the South Ridge Loop, then head out South Ridge toward Carousel Hill. You’ll take it down the hill, loop around, and climb back up to Rabbit. From there, wind your way around Rabbit, then climb back up Carousel the way you came, and head back out South Ridge.
When you hit Stone Mill, here’s your fork in the trail:
➡️ Option A (Trail Sleuths Only): If you’re clever enough to find Love Bug, cut up to Stone Mill that way.
➡️ Option B: Take the 45th Parallel Stone Mill and head to Everson’s Cutoff, then loop once up and around Osbourne, and head back to the finish.
🟢 Base Route: ~3.6 miles
🟣 Want more? Add your own extensions with South Ridge, Carousel, or Rabbit combos.
Love Bug isn’t on any official maps, but if you know, you know. 😉
This route has shade, singletrack, climbing, and plenty of chances to test your trail legs.

Tuesday Night Trail Run
TNT Tuesday Trail Run – June Route
Same trail, new vibes. 👣
Join us this Tuesday (and every Tuesday in June) for our regularly scheduled trail shenanigans out at Whipple Creek.
We’re sticking with our June single track route all month long—because y’all asked for dirt, twists, turns, and more ways to get “accidentally exploring.” And we delivered.
Here’s the route again for anyone who still hasn’t saved it to their watch (you know who you are):
Raspberry → Field → Rabbit → Custard’s Chimney → Carousel → Jerry’s Trail → 45th Parallel (out and back)
Download the GPX or memorize the map like it’s your middle school locker combo. Because getting lost after week 2? That’s on you at this point. 😉
Meet at the usual Whipple Creek trailhead. Bring your headlamp if it’s getting dusky, bring water, and bring your sense of adventure.
See you out there—same trails, different stories every time.

🌲 TNT Tuesday Trail Runs – June Route Reveal! 🌲
New month, new miles, new way to maybe get a little lost. 😉
TNT (Tuesday Night Trail) Runs are our weekly coed group trail runs held every Tuesday evening—rain or shine—since 2021. We welcome all paces, ages, and experience levels. Whether you're trail curious or trail obsessed, you’ll find your people here.
🎉 JUNE ROUTE: You Asked for Single Track… You Got Single Track
You wanted more single track, so we said "bet."
This month’s route winds through some of the most fun (and sneaky) trails out at Whipple Creek. Here’s the game plan:
Raspberry → Field → Rabbit → Custard’s Chimney → Carousel → Jerry’s Trail → ALL of 45th Parallel
When you hit the end of 45th, turn around and do it all in reverse.
That’s right. No loop. No bailout. No excuses. Just you, the dirt, and your memory (or hopefully your watch).
Download the GPX to your watch or stare at the map until you’ve committed every twist and turn to memory. And hey—if you still get lost? That’s on you, bestie. This is literally the route you requested. 😂
So lace up, bring water, and let’s go earn some post-run snacks in the woods.
TNT Group Run
TNT Group Run
The Tuesday Night Trail (TNT) group run meets every week at Whipple Creek, and it’s become a staple for trail lovers in the Vancouver area. This isn’t just a run—it’s a community meet-up with dirt on our shoes and smiles on our faces. All ages, all paces, and all trail experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re walking, running, or doing a bit of both, you’ve got a place here.
Each month, we introduce a new trail route within Whipple Creek and stick with it for the entire month. This gives runners and walkers a chance to really get to know the trail—learn the twists and turns, practice pacing, or see how their fitness improves week to week. You can choose to do the route once or double up for a longer distance—route details and a link to the GPX file are available here on this page.
We meet rain or shine (and sometimes in the muddiest of puddles), usually with a short intro and a group photo before we hit the trail. It's about consistency, connection, and confidence—plus the occasional themed night, glow run, or s’mores party.
Map depicts the long route. A three mile option is available as well.

TNT Group Run
Tuesday Night Whipple Creek Group Run with TNT Run Group
Join us for a chill evening on the trails with the TNT (Tuesday Night Trail) crew! We meet weekly at Whipple Creek for a no-pressure, all-levels-welcome trail run or hike. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just want to hike with your pup, you’ve got a spot with us.
We’ve got two route options—around 3 miles and 6 miles—but feel free to go as far (or short) as you’d like. April’s route is strategically designed as two separate out-and-backs, so no matter your pace, we’ll pass each other multiple times—perfect for high-fives, trail cheers, and light heckling as we cross paths.
This is a fun, friendly, and completely non-competitive group. You’ll see friendly faces throughout the route, no matter your pace., and dogs are always welcome on these trails.
And great news—thanks to longer days, we no longer need headlamps. Just bring your good vibes, maybe a buddy or two and most likely a rain jacket for those Spring showers.
See you on the trails! 🌲🐾🏃♀️

As the days get longer, we’re soaking up more daylight, but it's always a good idea to bring a headlamp for those last few miles just in case.

Whipple Creek Trail Work Party
Whipple Creek Trail Work Party – Give Back to the Trails We Love!
TNT crew, it’s time to give back! We’ve been running Whipple Creek every Tuesday night for years, and now we have a chance to return the favor and help keep these trails in great shape. Join us for a Whipple Creek Trail Work Party—a chance to give back, get a little dirty, and make a real difference for the trails we love.
Here’s the plan:
🏃 Morning Run: Start the day with an optional group run to enjoy the trails before we get to work.
🔨 Trail Work: Help with maintenance, clearing, and improvements to keep Whipple Creek in top shape. No experience needed—all tools and instructions provided! If you have work gloves, please bring them!
🍻 Post-Work Celebration: After we wrap up, we’ll head over to Ghost Runners Brewery for food, drinks, and good company.
This is an awesome way to show appreciation for the trails we use every week, connect with fellow trail lovers, and have some fun while making a lasting impact. Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole work party, every bit helps!
For more details on the pre-trail work run or lunch afterward, check the group forum. Let’s give back to the trails that have given us so much—see you there! 🌲💚🔨

Join us for a fun and friendly evening on the trails! The TNT (Tuesday Night Trail) Run Group meets at Whipple Creek for a social, no-pressure trail run (or hike!). We’ll have a three-mile and six-mile route mapped out (see below), but you’re welcome to do whatever distance feels good
This is a casual, non-competitive group—no one is too slow, and we love trail newbies just as much as experienced runners. Dogs are welcome too! The goal is to enjoy the trails, get some fresh air, and connect with a great community of trail lovers.
As the days get longer, we’re soaking up more daylight, but it's always a good idea to bring a headlamp for those last few miles just in case.
See you out there! 🌲🏃♀️🐾
